A man was arrested Wednesday in the Muskegon area after he was found with three missing teenage girls from Florida, authorities say.
Muskegon County Chief Assistant Prosecutor Tim Maat confirmed that a man was arrested at a Fruitport Township hotel with three underage girls. Tampa police confirmed that he was 24-year-old Jeannel Louiral from Orlando. He has been charged with interference with custody.
Tampa police said the girls, two 14-year-olds and one 15-year-old, are believed to have been runaways. They were taken into protective custody by the Fruitport Township police.
There is currently no allegation that the girls were forced, taken against their will or abducted.

The mother of one of those teenage girls posted on Facebook Tuesday saying her daughter and a friend got into a car with another girl. A man the mother said is a stranger was also in that vehicle.
She had not heard from her daughter in 30 hours and that her daughter's phone was tracked to a gas station in Michigan. The post was shared nearly 500 times.
