An AMBER Alert has been issued for a missing 2-year-old Virginia boy allegedly abducted by an unknown woman on Sunday.

Noah Gabriel Trout was last seen on Sunday around noon at River View Baptist Church in Giles County, Virginia.

He stands 2 feet, 9 inches and weighs 33 lbs with blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt and orange jacket.

Virginia authorities said they are now searching for a woman wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans, black tennis shoes and a black knitted stocking cap.

The woman could be traveling in a dark-colored SUV or van.

If that is a picture of her taking off with Noah (Trout? srsly) why is he following at such a distance? It seems someone he knows said come on Noah and started towards that door and he followed then she scooped him up and put him in a car or whatever. Doesn't look at all like a stranger abduction, well, to me, anyway. Actually looks like Grandma, to me.

There’s so much online speculation it’s hard to keep everything straight. I guess in the beginning grandma was being named but she was cleared (or not cleared depending on which news source you were reading.) Poor little chunky man I hope they got scared and dropped him in a safe place. That’s what I’m hoping the press conference will say, but we’ve been here long enough...

FBI joins search for missing Virginia boy, 2, lured from church by unknown abductor
A missing 2-year-old boy from Virginia is believed to be in "extreme danger" as the FBI has joined the search for an unknown person allegedly seen leading the child out of a small-town church during Sunday service.

The FBI Richmond Field Office, which is assisting local and state law enforcement on the case, said the investigation revealed a discrepancy in what was previously reported for part of Noah's clothing. The child's shirt was changed prior to going to church, authorities said.

"The shirt he was wearing is similar to the one below, except in royal blue," the FBI said, sharing a photo of a similar garment but in green. It was previously reported Noah was wearing a gray shirt.

Allegedly - Little update on some back ground of Noah's bios. Seems Noah's mom which is severe autistic was raped by her brother, the accused is in prison. Therefore meaning Noah's parents are siblings. You ask, what does this matter, it matters because people have been asking about bio dad and think maybe him or his family may have taken Noah. Noah is the product of incest . They are all the SAME FAMILY !!!!

Another person has been charged in connection to 2-year-old Noah Trout’s abduction that happened Sunday morning in Giles County.

On Monday afternoon, Giles County Sheriff Morgan Millirons announced that 44-year-old Nancy Renee Fridley, of Clifton Forge, was arrested and charged with one count of abduction and one count of felony child endangerment.

Millirons tells 10 News Monday night that Fridley’s boyfriend, Bobby Lee Taylor, has also been arrested and charged with one count of abduction in the 2-year-old’s disappearance.

10 News spoke to Taylor’s brother, Dennis Leevess Jr., in an exclusive interview on the scene in Alleghany County where Fridley was arrested.

“Come to find out she went and stole this kid from a church. Man, it’s just ridiculous. I can’t believe she done something like that. I mean, I really can’t,” Leevess said regarding Fridley’s arrest.

This is such a weird fucking story! So, did she wake up Sunday morning and decide to hop on over to the local Baptist church because there is always a few unattended kids? Baptists, ya know. Did she know the folks or just walk into a random church and offer some kids candy? How did they find her from that pic, or did someone turn her ass in? I'm guessing it wasn't Bobby "Freddy Krueger Eyes" Taylor or his ass wouldn't be locked up.

Yeah it is weird, you are expecting some deranged woman running into a church grabbing a kid and running out, but it seems she meanders in and meanders out with a little kid following her and they just keep on meandering til he's gone with her. Just strange as all hell and then to find out this little boy's daddy is also his rapy uncle just puts another twist on it. I hope this cute little guy is alright cause he's got a lot on his plate already.

Every church I've ever walked in would recognize immediately whether you were a member or just kid shopping.

She had her FB up for a minute. It was like confederate flags and Jesus stuff. But the Jesus stuff was like “Bathed in the blood of the lamb of Jesus Christ- Steven King’s Carrie’s mom religious”. She even had an article how the internet helps so much with missing kids. The FBI probably archived it because it was so odd.

A few new details have emerged in relation to the Amber Alert out of Giles County earlier this week.

Officials have charged Nancy Fridley and Bobby Taylor of Clifton Forge with abduction. Fridley is also being charged with a count of endangerment. They are both being held without bond at the Alleghany County Jail.

Investigators said they found Noah Trout in their home 24 hours after the boy disappeared Sunday. Neighbors in that community are still in shock.

Early Monday morning, law enforcement said they staked out a trailer in Clifton Forge for hours. Then dozens of officers moved in to find Noah Trout.

Officials said they still don't know why Fridley came to the church in the first place. It's nearly two hours from her home.

Chief Deputy Scott Moye of the Giles County Sheriff’s Office said it will probably be months before they finalize everything.

“Every little piece puts us a little closer to putting the puzzle back together," he said.

Now, the community is focused on the fact that Noah is now home safe with his family.

“Never in my life have I been prouder to be part of a team like that,” said Chief Deputy More.

Noah’s family spoke off-camera with ABC13 and say he is doing well. According to officials, Noah is physically unharmed, though the suspects did shave his head.

This is something out of a Jerry Springeresque sit-com! They just need a few pieces of worn indoor furniture moldering on the porch and a few scrappy puppies on leads in the yard! Hopefully little Noah won’t remember much of it. The day he went with a “lady” and got a haircut. What what Nancy’s motive in doing this? All pretty strange. Poor child, uncle daddy in the pen and probably was court ordered to have no contact with the child until he is an adult. The Mum, autistic , hope he is loved and cherished by his family.

Newer update (end of May 2021)

Nancy Fridley is too dangerous to be out on bond and she phoned in fake tips to the police to sow confusion of her whereabouts, which might put a damper on the defense strategy to say she was too crazy to know what she was doing. Oh, also she decided not to take her meds for her bipolar and other mental shit.
May 27, 2021 A A judge denied Nancy Fridley bond Thursday, saying the safety of the public could not be guaranteed. Fridley is the woman charged in connection with the abduction of a two-year-old boy from a church in Giles County earlier in May.

According to the Giles County Sheriff’s Office, she may have stopped at two other churches in the county. The prosecution says Fridley then called in fake tips to investigators to get them off her trail.

The prosecution believes Fridley made elaborate plans to take the child and she already had a sippy cup and onesie in her possession. Fridley reportedly had two beds set up in her home in Alleghany County where Noah Trout was later found. Prosecutors say they found the clothes Noah was wearing when he was abducted. The prosecution also says Fridley took Noah around to neighbors and telling them he was “Bobby Junior.”

WFXR News spoke with Fridley’s daughter about the incident, who says untreated mental illness led to this incident.

The daughter says her mother has been diagnosed with both manic bipolar disorder, as well as manic depression.

“The hospitals both released her even after personally speaking with me expressing exact specifics and showing them and proving everything to them,” said the daughter.

The judge did agree to a competency evaluation.

Her daughter says hearing those details in the courtroom put into perspective how much mental illness, and possibly drugs, impacted her mother’s behavior.

“To the family of that little boy: I’m sorry for her, but it’s not okay that she did that, it’s not. But I also want everyone to know that that’s not who she is,” the daughter said. “Being off of her mental health medication and getting hooked up with someone that’s on drugs and starting drugs herself, it just shows what can happen to you when you don’t keep your head on straight.”

Fridley will be back in court for a preliminary hearing in Giles County on Aug. 16. This date is subject to change based on when the competency evaluation takes place.

Hopefully they lock her ass up before someone ends up dead. Some people need their medication schedule enforced.

On Wednesday, an Alleghany County woman pleaded guilty to abducting a toddler from a Giles County church in May 2021. But according to the Giles County Commonwealth’s Attorney, the story starts years before the incident even happened.

Robert Lilly, Giles County Commonwealth’s Attorney, provided 10 News with the statement of facts presented in court on Wednesday in this case, where Nancy Fridley pleaded guilty to abduction and child abuse and endangerment.
According to that information, the story behind this incident goes back two to three years before Nancy Fridley reportedly attempted to abduct a 2-year-old boy from a church in Ripplemead.

Several years before last year’s incident, Fridley told her boyfriend that she was pregnant with his child and that baby was born while he was in jail. When he was released and wanted to see his child, Fridley reportedly told him that the child had been removed from her custody by the Dept. of Social Services, according to the statement.
According to Lilly, that story is completely fabricated.

The statement of facts goes on to explain that there is no record of a newborn baby being removed from Fridley’s custody by DSS, no record of her giving birth to a child during the three years before this incident, and no evidence at all to show that she was pregnant during this time.
One of Fridley’s family members stated that she had a hysterectomy several years ago, meaning she would be unable to give birth.

A woman who pleaded guilty to child abduction and other related charges in Giles County has been sentenced to serve fifteen years, court documents show.

Nancy Fridley was sentenced to 25 years with 10 years suspended and five years of probation for one count of abduction, one count of child abuse and neglect and two counts of attempted abduction.
The charges come after she took a child from a Giles County church in May 2021.
According to lawyers and court documents, what happened in May 2021 stems back a few years prior.

Lawyers said around two years ago, Fridley told her boyfriend, Bobby Taylor, she was pregnant with his child while he was in jail.

When Taylor was released and wanted to see his child, Fridley told Taylor the child had been removed from her custody.
Lawyers later said Fridley admitted to having a procedure and could not give birth.

“That story was a complete fabrication the evidence would show there is no record of a child being removed by DSS,” Attorney Robbert Tilly said.
Lawyers said Fridley told Taylor the same story when he returned to jail, and when he was released, Fridley told him that DSS had taken the second child.
In March and April of 2021, lawyers said Fridley told neighbors that she would regain custody of her boys, “Bobby Jr.” and “Christian.”

On May 1, 2021, Fridley went to three churches in Giles County searching.

At each of the Narrows churches, she claimed she was there to pick up a child due to a sick parent but was unsuccessful and went back to Riverview Baptist Church, where she abducted the boy.
