One 10-year-old Texas boy confessed to a murder from two years ago after he was questioned during a separate investigation at his school, according to officials.
One week ago the child suspect allegedly threatened to kill another student on a bus and when he was asked by school officials he admitted that he shot and killed a man two years ago, according to officials. That confession launched an investigation by the Gonzales County Sheriff's Office.
During his interview with deputies the kid was able to describe in detail how he killed 32-year-old, Brandon O'Quinn Raspberry two years ago.
According to investigators the child's grandfather lived at the same RV Park as Raspberry.
On the day of his death, the 10-year-old got a pistol from the glove box of his grandfather's truck then went to the victim's RV where he shot Raspberry while he was sleeping, according to officials.
The child told investigators he didn't know the victim and the attack was unprovoked.
The future menace to society won't be charged for the murder and that's due to his age when he committed the crime.
The boy was seven and the sheriff says Texas State law states that a child cannot be responsible for a crime until they are 10-years-old.
