Police said they did not believe Montgomery was ever enrolled in school in the Manchester school district. "To my knowledge, she was not," Manchester police chief Allen Aldenberg said at a news conference Friday. "Last time she was enrolled in any type of school, from my understanding, is yet to be confirmed, is down in Massachusetts."

"There's many questions that need to be answered from 2019 to where we are December 31, 2021, and we are working to get those answers," the police chief said.

"We need assistance. We need help," Aldenberg said. "We don't have many answers to many questions that we have and will continue to work and speak with the family."

Hope I did the link correctly Nh girl missing

Her name is Harmony Montgomery, she hasn't been seen since October 2019 at age 5! She lived with her father at the time and somehow DCF was to keep in contact with her. A missing child report was only recently made. Today police showed up at an old residence of the dad and started poking around the back yard. What will they find?

This is directly up the road from me. Infuriating how people can discard children and even more so, the agency whose soul purpose it is to protect children, looses one for two years??!! It just happened to another child short time ago, he was not missing as long, sadly will most likely be the same end result.

Junkie Parents Fail To Report 7 Year Old Manchester Girl Missing For 2 Years, Blame Each Other, Dad Once Shot Man During Drug Deal

How does a kid go missing for two years and neither parent reports it? That seems to be the mystery that hasn’t been solved here. What we do know is that poor Harmony is likely in a lot of trouble because she had the misfortune of being conceived by two equally repulsive trash bags named Crystal Ecker (AKA Crystal Sorey) and Adam Montgomery.
1641328168403.png

Crystal lives in Florida and is playing the worried and caring mother on social media.

She didn’t put in any effort to see her daughter, but she did make a couple Tik Toks, so that’s good.
1641328460700.png

The poor girl was fired out of your baby boomerang and needed you to survive. Somewhere along the way you got the idea that moving to Florida and abandoning your two kids in New England meant that you were still their mother.
1641328526856.png

“Starting a new clean life.”

Don’t you love how you can just leave your two kids behind and start a new clean life whenever you want? That’s how parenting works, I guess. Studies show that an effective way to make sure that your child isn’t lost in DCF custody is to make sure that they you’re not reliant upon DCF in the first place.
She also mentions another little boy named Jamison she gave birth to, who luckily was adopted out. But since moving to Florida she stopped using her Facebook page with Harmony and Jamison’s pictures on it and instead started a new page with a new baby.

So who’s had this little girl then for the last 2 years, and how come she wasn’t reported missing? Well, Crystal claims in her Tik Tok that Adam Montgomery wouldn’t let her see Harmony for two years.
1641328678943.png

And somehow this guy appears to be the primary caretaker.

Except there’s just one problem….

A New Hampshire man charged with shooting a Haverhill man in the head after he came to the city to buy drugs will remain behind bars as his case proceeds in court.

dam “Ace” Montgomery, 24, of Manchester was ordered held without bail yesterday when a Haverhill District Court judge considered him too much of a danger to the public to released. Montgomery has been held at the Middleton House of Correction since his arraignment March 5 on charges of armed robbery and armed assault to murder in connection with the incident, which happened the night of Jan. 24 on Cedar Street in the Acre neighborhood. He was also charged with carrying a firearm without a license and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building. Judge Stephen Abany, who ordered Montgomery held yesterday at the request of Assistant District Attorney John DePaulo, scheduled a pretrial hearing for April 16.

According to the police report, Montgomery told investigators that he went to 8th Avenue and Cedar Street to buy heroin but he didn’t know the name of the person he was to buy it from. He said he was to meet the seller in the hallway of an apartment building, but when he arrived, there were four or five people there and they tried to rob him of the $280 he planned to spend on the heroin. Police said witnesses told them Montgomery had a gun and, as he and Jacobs struggled, it went off, wounding Jacobs. Montgomery told police that he was struck in the back of the head and somehow ended up outside, where he was punched and kicked, then shot.
According to family members they’ve been alerting DCF and authorities but Adam wouldn’t let them inside.

So basically both parents are saying, “I thought she was with you” for two years

Authorities on Tuesday arrested the father of Harmony Montgomery, the New Hampshire girl who was last seen in 2019 when she was 5 but was reported missing last week, prosecutors announced Wednesday.

Adam Montgomery, 31, was arrested on one charge of felony second-degree assault allegedly against Harmony in 2019, according to a statement from New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella’s office.

Adam Montgomery also faces a misdemeanor charge of interference with custody and two misdemeanor charges of endangering the welfare of a child.

He was arrested in Manchester, the city where he lives.

An arrest affidavit obtained by The Daily Beast outlines a range of disturbing allegations against Montgomery, including that he admitted to his uncle, Kevin, that he inflicted a black eye on Harmony in July 2019 just months after child-protective services granted him custody.

“I bashed her around the house,” Montgomery allegedly told Kevin Montgomery, after stating he left Harmony “in charge of watching her infant brother while Adam was in the bathroom.”

Prosecutors allege the abuse was punishment after Harmony’s young brother “started crying” and Harmony was found “holding her hand over the child’s mouth to stop him from crying.”

Kevin Montgomery previously described witnessing the aftermath of abuse—including a black eye—to The Daily Beast. That abuse, he told investigators, included Harmony being spanked “hard on the butt,” her being forced “to stand in the corner for hours,” and being ordered “to scrub the toilet with her toothbrush.”
On Wednesday, Montgomery’s arraignment was waived after his bond was settled out of court. In a bail order obtained by The Daily Beast, a judge ordered he not have any contact with Harmony’s mother, Crystal Sorey, nor his current wife, Kayla Montgomery.
Despite the break in the investigation, it was not clear if any of the charges directly pertained to the disappearance of the child. Police have said, however, that Harmony, then 5 years old, was last seen at a Manchester home after officers answered a service call in Oct. 2019.

But the arrest affidavit provides new details about the weeks leading up to the recently-launched investigation into Harmony’s whereabouts. Prosecutors allege that on Nov. 18, Manchester Police received a call from Harmony’s mother, Crystal Sorey, reporting that her daughter “was missing and that she hadn’t seen [her] in over six months.”

The call prompted a police employee to contact the Division for Children, Youth and Families in New Hampshire (DCYF). The agency was unable to locate Adam Montgomery.

On Dec. 27, DCYF notified police they were also unable to locate Harmony, prompting officials to launch an investigation into the 7-year-old. They soon learned from family members that she “had not been physically seen since October/November 2019,” the affidavit states. Among those family members was Sorey, who said she had not seen her daughter since an April 2019 FaceTime call.

“Crystal recalled that [Harmony] seemed frightened,” the affidavit states.

Sorey explained to authorities that she lost custody of Harmony in July 2018 “in part due to a substance-abuse issue.”

“Crystal said that both she and Adam had past issues with substance abuse,” the affidavit says, adding that since she got sober, she had made several unsuccessful attempts to locate Montgomery and Harmony.

For several days, the affidavit states, police spoke to family members in an attempt to locate Harmony–including speaking to Adam Montgomery’s brother, Michael, who also raised concerns about the child.

“Michael recalled during his last physical contact with [Harmony] and Adam, he had concerns that Adam was physically abusive towards [Harmony],” the affidavit states. “Michael recalled Adam was ‘super short’ with the child, and he learned through other family members that Adam had given [Harmony] a black eye.”

Montgomery’s wife, Kayla, also spoke with investigators on New Year’s Eve. During that conversation, the affidavit notes, she said the last time she physically saw Harmony was in November or December of 2019 before heading into work. At that time, Montgomery allegedly told his wife “he was driving [Harmony] back to Crystal,” who was living in Massachusetts.

“Kayla claimed she never saw, or heard about [Harmony] after that day,” the affidavit states, noting she said she had not seen her husband since October 2021. “Kayla admitted that she had seen [Harmony] with a black eye in the past; however, she explained that Adam told her it was caused by one of their other children striking [Harmony] with a toy.”

Kevin Montgomery, the great uncle, previously told The Daily Beast he last saw the child in Oct. 2019, after a situation at the home he once shared with several family members, including the child and her parents.

During the altercation between family members, Montgomery said, Harmony “looked like a scared puppy.” Harmony “was quiet, she wasn’t saying much,” her great uncle added.

When reached early Wednesday for comment about his nephew Adam Montgomery’s arrest, Kevin Montgomery asked for the charges to be read aloud, stating he “just found out right now about the news” and that the suspect’s father—who did not comment—was in the room with him.

“My only concern is Harmony, and from here on out this is the only thing I want to comment about. We just want the courts to do their thing, and we are focused on Harmony,” Kevin Montgomery said.

On Dec. 31, 2021, authorities issued a “missing child” alert after learning of her years-long disappearance and launched an investigation to find the girl, who may be wearing glasses and is blind in her right eye. The affidavit states that on the same day, authorities found Montgomery and a new girlfriend.

Authorities say that, during a road-side conversation, Montgomery “made contradictory statements,” including that Harmony “was fine and that he had seen her somewhere recently” before later admitting he had not seen his daughter since Nov. 2019, when her mother “came to pick her up.” Eventually, the affidavit states, Montgomery “stopped answering questions" and did not “exhibit much emotion or reaction” to hearing that his daughter had not been physically seen in two years.

“If I’m not under arrest, I’m leaving,” Montgomery said during the Dec. 31 conversation, according to the affidavit.

Manchester Police Chief Allen Aldenberg insisted on Monday the case was still being investigated as a missing persons matter.

“I am in rescue mode right now. This is not a recovery. All efforts are focused on that Harmony is alive… until somebody points to me that proves that she is not. We have to operate under the assumption that she is alive,” Aldenberg said. “Help us find this little girl. Someone knows something. Do what is right and call in. I cannot emphasize this enough. Someone out there knows something.”

During Tuesday’s episode of “Crime Stories with Nancy Grace,” the adoptive father of Harmony’s younger brother explained that Harmony had protected the boy when they ended up in foster care. The children were reportedly shuffled around in several different homes before social services gave Harmony back to her father.

On December 31, police located Montgomery sleeping in a car in New Hampshire with his current girlfriend. The girlfriend told police that Montgomery never once talked about Harmony.

When investigators interviewed Montgomery’s estranged wife, she said that she hadn’t spoken to him since November 2021 and hadn’t seen Harmony since late 2019.

Montgomery reportedly told police that Harmony’s mother came to “pick her up in Manchester, NH around Thanksgiving 2019.” Montgomery claimed he hadn’t seen his daughter since.

“Adam did not exhibit much emotion or reaction to this,” the affidavit read.
Harmony was last seen in October 2019 at a home off of Gilford Street in Manchester, New Hampshire, after a family spat broke out. The girl’s uncle, Kevin Montgomery, said Adam Montgomery then left with Harmony and broke off contact with several family members.

Kevin Montgomery said Harmony “looked like a scared puppy” the last time he saw her. Apparently, law enforcement and social services didn’t follow up after the fact.

“Epic failure on every level, starting with law enforcement that went to the house,” Private Investigator with “Crispin Special Investigations, Inc.” Robert Crispin, said. “They have some serious explaining to do.”

On Sunday, police searched a home in Manchester on Gilford Street, where Harmony once lived with her father. They spent several hours searching inside and dug a hole in the backyard, according to area residents.

Some of the neighbors reportedly said they previously made complaints to city officials about the subpar living conditions at the home, but nothing was ever done about it. Others remember Harmony as a nice, quiet child who never caused any problems.

The stepmother of a missing 7-year-old New Hampshire girl has been charged with welfare fraud as the search for Harmony Montgomery continues.

Kayla Montgomery, 31, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was arrested Wednesday. Officials allege that between December 2019 and June 2021, Kayla Montgomery obtained more than $1,500 in food stamp benefits by failing to remove Harmony Montgomery from Kayla Montgomery’s family account.

She allegedly continued to collect food stamp benefits for Harmony, despite the fact that Harmony was no longer living with Kayla Montgomery and her husband, Adam Montgomery.

Harmony is no longer with us.

Wait. 1500 in food stamps for 18 months? She was supposed to feed a kid on 20 bucks a week? How. Is that really all food stamps gives people
During covid families that receive reduced or free lunch were eligible to get 1$ or $2 a day, per child, (the school would of provided X amount of meals)

Not saying that is why her amount was so low, just a possibility. Also food stamps goes according to income, every household is different.

Harmony Montgomery's junkie dad was awarded custody of the missing little girl despite shooting a man in the face just months before her birth, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.

Adam Montgomery's partner Crystal Sorey was three months pregnant with Harmony when her brutal boyfriend blasted drug dealer Robert Jacobs in the chin and narrowly avoided killing him.

According to a January 2014 police report obtained by DailyMail.com, the 'bullet traveled up the left side of his face and exited out his left temple.'
Miraculously, Jacobs survived and was able to identify 31-year-old Montgomery – street name Ace – from the distinctive Boston tattoo spanning his back that was exposed as the two men grappled.

Montgomery appeared in Haverhill District Court in Massachusetts charged with armed robbery, armed assault to murder and discharging an unlicensed firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling.

He pleaded guilty to the charges in September 2014 – just three months after Harmony was born – and was jailed for 18 months.

It was one of numerous charges the deadbeat dad has chalked up since his teens when he stabbed another boy in the leg and pushed him out of a moving car during a 2008 drug deal.

According to court records, that incident happened when Montgomery tried to pass off aspirin as Percocet. Montgomery, who has further convictions for burglary, assault and stalking, was jailed for 383 days.

Despite his repeated bouts of violence, the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families handed him custody of Harmony, then aged five, in early 2019, according to records cited by Boston 25 News.

'Custody of Harmony was returned to her father in February 2019. Once Harmony was returned to her father's care/custody, her involvement with the Department ended as she does not live in Massachusetts,' the records allegedly state.

Sorey explained that she lost custody of Harmony in July 2018 because she was a drug addict, and she said that Montgomery also had struggled with substance abuse problems.

She claims she has repeatedly tried to track her little girl down since then but in court filings obtained by DailyMail.com the Manchester Police Department said it was not contacted until November 18 last year.

Cops located Montgomery, who has a teardrop tattoo on his face — a gang symbol that supposedly shows the wearer has killed someone, even though there is no suggestion that he has — homeless and sleeping in a car in December.

He was found with his latest girlfriend but told cops Harmony was with Sorey, which was determined to be untrue.

In a further twist Wednesday night his estranged wife Kayla Montgomery, who has three kids with him but is not Harmony's mom, was arrested for claiming $1,500 worth of food stamps in Harmony's name from December 2019 to June 2021.

Kayla's mother Christina Lubin later told DailyMail.com that her daughter knew nothing about Harmony's disappearance.

She described her former son-in-law as 'pure evil,' however, and said she had passed on information about him to cops.

Montgomery's 2014 conviction came after he arranged to meet Jacobs, 36, in the hallway of an apartment building to buy three grams of heroin.

Instead of paying for the drugs he pulled out a revolver and aimed it at Jacobs's head. Jacobs responded by 'swatting' the barrel away but the gun went off as the two men fought.

Jacobs eventually wrestled the weapon from Montgomery and shot him in the arm as he fled.

Montgomery did not go to the hospital, however, and instead went home with Crystal's brother Jay Sorey. Nicknamed Jay Blunt, he was also at the scene of the shooting, according to police reports.

When officers arrived at the property three-months pregnant Sorey 'was found hiding in an abandoned shed at the rear of the property. The weather was arctic freezing temperatures,' according to the complaint.

Montgomery told cops he was jumped by four to five people when he went to buy $280 worth of drugs but he was charged after multiple witnesses contradicted his account.

Every person related by blood or marriage to this child is scum.

People saw her with a black eye and said nothing, he admitted to hurting her and yet they said nothing.
2 years she was missing and no one said a word.
Those quiet relatives might not be legally responsible for her death but for sure morally they should have stepped up. I hope none of them ever get another nights rest.

Just for comparison, before covid I received $16 a month in FS. It's recently been raised to $20. Then came Covid, now it's $220 plus the original $20 and for some reason there is another deposit of $20 for what I don't know. So the total is $260 a month. I'm expecting any moment now for it to be busted back to $20. But they can't take back what I already got, even if I can't spend fast enough to suit them.

since covid that is about what it cost me a month for just myself and i am not a big eater and (really bad habit) only eat one meal a day.. cost less in summer (before covid) when i went to a farmer's market walking distance from where i live and no f.s. for seniors here. Seniors got a one time check last summer to cover the rising cost of food, delivery service etc because of covid and before vax were available and seniors were warned to stay in their homes not go out in public ...

Cops on Saturday searched the last known home of Harmony Montgomery, the 7-year-old New Hampshire girl who was reported missing last week but hasn’t been seen for more than two years.

Law enforcement agencies went to a home in Manchester, New Hampshire that was the child’s last known address, WMUR reported. It was the second search of the home where authorities say she was last seen, when cops responded to a “call for service” in October 2019, the New Hampshire Union Leader reported.

Authorities released no details about the search. The home’s current owners are not connected to the case.

Two men were seen leaving the home with a large piece of equipment used to detect and map out ground areas and find voids beneath concrete, Patch.com reported. A short time later, Manchester police removed a large brown paper evidence bag from the scene.

Police only learned last week from the New Hampshire Division for Children, Youth and Families that the girl, who is blind in one eye, had gone missing. It is not clear how her disappearance went unnoticed. Manchester Police Chief Allen Aldenberg said he believes the last time Harmony was enrolled in a school that she was a student in Massachusetts and likely would have been of kindergarten age, Boston.com reported.

The mother of missing 7-year-old Harmony Montgomery made her first public comments at a vigil Saturday night, saying she "never stopped" looking for answers about her daughter's disappearance.

Crystal Sorey told NBC Boston at the vigil in Manchester, New Hampshire, that she has been "begging for any type of answer" since she last spoke to her daughter nearly three years ago. Harmony’s father, Adam Montgomery, who had legal custody at the time of her disappearance, blocked all contact between the mother and daughter after a video call in April 2019, according to Sorey.

"I don’t feel like she’s gone. I just don’t feel that in my heart,” Sorey said. “Like, I don’t feel like I lost her. And a mother knows, a mother knows if your baby’s here or not. I know she’s here.”
Police are searching for Harmony under the assumption she is alive.
